Our small therapeutic groups are designed for Children (ages 4–10) and Teens (ages 10–16) in the local community, and are held weekly at Edgware Community Hospital.
Sessions are led by our expert Integrative Hypnotherapy Practitioner, with a new theme every 4 weeks to meet the needs of young people navigating modern challenges.

Upon confirmation of booking, you will receive a printable template to submit to your child’s school office, requesting authorised absence for medical appointments during those 4 weeks. Sessions are held during the lunch hour so children miss as little school as possible and learning disruption is minimised.
Why These Groups?
These short-course workshops have been carefully curated with children in mind - particularly those with diagnosed or undiagnosed neurodiversity - to offer interim therapeutic support for families currently waiting for CAMHS or NHS services.
Note: They do not replace medical treatment or ongoing NHS care, but are designed as a complementary, short-term intervention to:
